User Agreement

1. General

This agreement governs the use of the 24era-etp.com electronic trading platform (the Platform). By registering or using the Platform the user accepts these terms. The Platform is operated by 24ERA ETP.

2. Registration and account

Users provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping their password secure. One person may hold one account. Legal entities provide their tax identification number (TIN).

3. Auctions and bids

A bid is binding on the participant who submits it. Auction results are recorded in a protocol available in the participant's account.

4. Prohibited actions

Providing false data, interfering with the Platform, colluding to influence prices and infringing the rights of third parties are prohibited.

5. Liability

The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by sellers and provides the Platform on an "as is" basis.

6. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are settled by negotiation or, failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
