Payment Terms

1. Currency

Prices and invoices on the Platform are stated in AMD.

2. Payment method

Payment is made by bank transfer under the invoice or receipt generated in your account. Please state the invoice number in the payment reference.

3. Confirmation

The Operator confirms payment once funds are received, usually within 1 business day.

4. Refunds

To request a refund, write to info@24era-etp.com and state the invoice number.
